OYEBANJO Hannah Emanehi

Board Member

OYEBANJO Hannah Emanehi (MCIM, FISMN, rpa) is a notable industry icon with an impressive pedigree, a multi award winner at many levels who is passionate about developing people and organizations in Sales and Marketing Competencies as strong anchors of business growth. An international growth-oriented professional and trained expert in Sales, Marketing and General Management, she is the CEO Nigeria Republicom Group (an Integrated Marketing Solutions group) and also the Managing Director of Redwood Consulting (an outsourced marketing outfit with an international reach).

She was Marketing Director, Colgate PalmOlive and GlaxoSmithKine (GSK) alongside other leadership roles in Advertising, Public Relations, Sales and Brand Management for over three decades, rising through the ranks and shattering norms. In her over 25 years of paid employment, she never searched for a job; all moves were through head hunt based on reputation and track record of excellence.

A prolific public speaker and trainer, Hannah has been a Marketing faculty with Lagos Business School, Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA) and has trained for WIMBIZ, FATE foundation, Private and Public Sectors across Nigeria and beyond.

A member of meritorious marketing and Strategic Development organizations and a qualified member of Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM)Nigeria, CIM South Africa, CIM UK, Nigeria Institute of Public Relations, National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN), Fellow of Advertising Practitioner Council of Nigeria (APCON) and Fellow of Strategic Management Institute of Nigeria.

Hannah holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry and Master of Business Administration. An alumnus of Lagos Business School (LBS) and the University of Capetown, she is a Mentor to LBS and other independent organizations and individuals.
Hannah has a fiery passion to give back to the society and does so through Hannah & Associates, Executive Diamonds; Weekend Out (EDWO) by supporting the growth, leading professional ladies and women in corporate Nigeria to train, workshop to rediscover and reposition themselves and experience new concepts around Work-Life Balance.

YUSUF Mojeed Adio

Board Member

YUSUF Mojeed Adio is a serial problem solver and value driven agricultural expert. CEO of MD Farms, Kaduna state, founded in year 2000, his versatility, experience and unquenchable diligence have created a niche for MD Farms as one of the largest poultry farms in Kaduna state and Nigeria, housing over two hundred thousand birds with a robust work force and management team.

Prolific and prodigious, Mojeed’s expertise and experience in the agricultural and poultry industry are worthy of note as he has travelled to several countries in his quest for contrivance. He is a major contributor, advisor and decision maker at the Poultry Association of Nigeria (PAN) and other relevant national and international agricultural bodies.

He holds a Higher National Diploma in Procurement and Supply Chain Management at the Kaduna State Polytechnic and has participated in several workshops and seminars that are furnished towards ensuring food security, anchoring the poultry industry and improving the lives of poultry farmers across Nigeria.

He is a Supply chain and procurement management expert whose commitment and contributions in ensuring food security in Africa cannot be wiped from the sands of time. Indeed, Mojeed is a full package of robust native wisdom, epigrammatic humour, enchanting humility and mesmerizing brilliance

YAKASAI Tanko Suleiman (MNIM)

Board Member

YAKASAI Tanko Suleiman (MNIM) is an endorsed leader, corporate, marketing and organizational strategist whose expertise and experience span across several renowned private and public institutions. He rose through the ranks in the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) from an admin officer in 2003 to Personal Assistant to the Managing Director and then Senior Service Delivery Executive in 2016.

He holds a Bachelor degree in Political Science at the Bayero Uniersity Kano (BUK) a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) and Master in Business Administration(MBA) in the same institution. He is also a certified Program for Leadership Development (PLDA) holder from the Harvard Business School, Boston, Massachusetts

Tanko has a telescopic mind and is always able to clearly identify opportunities in diversities. He has worked Afri Packs and Saby foods, both of which are free trade zones in Kano State and has made indelible impacts towards increasing capacity and yields.
Through the auspisces of Star Bright foundation, Tanko has established a sustainable programme for improving the girl child education especially in Northern Nigeria.

OBIOMA Tochukwu (CPA)

Board Member

OBIOMA Tochukwu (CPA) is a certified public accountant and a result oriented entrepreneur. A graduate of accounting from the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria with advanced certifications from the Kaduna Business School and Post graduate diploma in Management from the Nigeria Defense Academy (NDA) he has a demonstrably transferable astute managerial expertise.

With over 15 years’ hands-on top level experiences in business growth, accounting taxation, project management and Technical Consulting, Tochukwu is an accountant per excellence, treasury manager and business strategist.

His excellent financial analytical skills are evident in his membership and contributions to relevant bodies such as the Chartered Institute f Treasury Management (CITM) of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Public Accountants (CIPA)

MEKUDI Shehu

Board Member

MEKUDI Shehu is the MD/CEO of Shal Mek Nigeria Limited, a company that is specialized in the production of locally fabricated agricultural, farm and processing equipment which ranges from ploughs, tractors and harvesters that are characterized by their durability and suitability for Nigerian soils.

Shehu is an avid traveler across nations in the world and has witnessed firsthand strategies around farm mechanization employed by countries like India and China to sustain food security, despite their huge population. He is on a mission to rejuvenate and simplify farming operations in Nigeria through farm mechanization to lessen farmers; burdens, improve their yields and reduce their losses.

Olalekan Ilori

Country Lead Manager

Olalekan is an acknowledged leader in Agricultural Investments, Sustainability andSocially Responsible Investments with over 8 years of experience in financial markets, aggregation, business practices, and international public policy. While serving diligently as warehouse manager in Airtel, Olalekan was into aggregation of supply of agricultural products to friends and family. In 2015, he scaled up from test running to founding his own company; Global World Distributor Enterprises (a procurement and supply company). Olalekan also worked with Africa commodities Exchange (AFEX) as warehouse manager. Needfulto say, AFEX is the most reputable private commodities company in Nigeria.

He proceeded to selflessly served as assistant procurement manager at New Hope Agric, a Chinese feed production company and second largest animal feeds company in the world. He moved on and dutifully served as Field Value Chain specialist at ACDIVOCA, Zamfara state in a World bank project in the year 2020. U-Farm Africa, which was scaled up from aggregation is his green project and as such, a bold step where he has overtime led implementation of the overall strategy that was scaled up in 2021.Olalekan is a credited member of African youth Entrepreneur organization, 2015. He in view, holds a Masters in supply chain and procurement management, PGD in procurement and supply chain management from University of Kaduna state, Nigeria, A graduate of Agriculture engineering Divison of Agricultural college, Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Nigeria, he is a transformational leader and energetic agri entrepreneur with unwavering confidence and intentional efforts to achieve good success.

Oluwafadekemi Obadofin

Operations Manager

Oluwafadekemi is a result-driven youth with a razor blade demeanor to solve problems and improve daily outputs in the agric and corporate domains. Highly competent in digital, managerial and smart administrative methodologies, she is detail-orientedwith a solid record of positive impacts. A trained administrative Virtual/ Executive Assistant at the African LeadershipUniversity and a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), she has an extensive understanding of managerial, administrative skills and professional techniques. Importantly, she is aimed at achieving good success in the most challenging domains.

Atolagbe Emmanuel

Commercial Manager

With a wealth of experience of procurement, warehousing and logistics from meritirious agricultural and commodities’ companies, Emmanuel is a commercial personnel per excellence.

Fatima Rabiu

Brand Manager

Fatima is a dynamic Computer Engineer and graduate of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, holds a Bachelor’s degree and Diploma in Computer Engineering. She expanded her academic horizons at Beijing Language and Culture University, showcasing linguistic prowess with a successful 汉语⽔平考试 in 2019. As the Seeds for the Future Ambassador at Huawei, Fatima represented her university in China, delivering speeches in Mandarin Chinese, and configuring 4G and 5G base stations. Simultaneously, she embraced a role as a Brand Manager, infusing her tech expertise with strategic brand development. Known for her adept content creation skills, Fatima is also recognized as a skilled content writer.

In her capacity as Secretary-General ABUDevs, Fatima collaborated with the university’s Directorate of University Advancement, organizing tech events and bringing international professionals to campus. Her multifaceted role also extended to being a Laboratory Assistant and Instructor at Summer Code Camp, illustrating her dedication to education and community development. In essence, Fatima Rabiu is not just a skilled Computer Engineer but a visionary leader, ambassador, and catalyst for positive change in the tech industry, seamlessly blending her technical acumen, strategic brand management, and content creation prowess

A graduate of Agricultural Science Education and MBA in Human Resources from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, developing businesses and providing excellent customer service support, building productive and lasting relationships, solving technical problems and improving the overall customer experience and fostering loyalty are his penchants.

A skilled graduate of Accounting from the prestigious Plateau State University,Bokkos. Monica is a result driven person that possesses strong problem solving and analytical skills that helps make proper financial decisions.

Ishaya Lahu

In the big world of farming Ishaya is experienced at connecting fertile fields to the hardworking hands that sow the seeds of progress. A graduate of Agriculture, Samson makes sure things run smoothly and there is plenty to harvest. He’s not just about crops but also building a community of empowered farmers here at UFarmAfrica.
