Mohamed A. Alagab is an entrepreneur, business leader, and international trade professional with extensive experience spanning technology, strategic business development, agribusiness, livestock, agricultural commodities, and cross-border trade.

He is currently the Managing Director of Emdad Holding Ltd, Co-Owner and Managing Director of Gulfneed, with operations across Saudi Arabia and the UAE, and Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sudaneed International Ltd. His career began in technology and systems development before evolving into building and leading businesses across African and GCC markets. His earlier experience includes serving as Chief Executive Officer of 21 Tech Integrated Solutions and leading the programming sector at GIAD Industrial Group.

Through his work, Mohamed has developed a strong focus on international trade, supply chains, market development, and commercial partnerships, particularly connecting African production and commodities with international demand. His business interests span livestock and meat, agricultural commodities, agribusiness, logistics, investment, and cross-border partnerships.

Ayodele O. Oyebanjo is a seasoned executive and professional with over 30 years of leadership experience spanning capital markets, investment management, ICT, and engineering services.

He currently serves as CEO of DigiLearn Centre Ltd, an ICT sales and services organisation with partnerships across Nigeria’s telecommunications sector, and as Supervisory Director of Aderinola Oyebanjo Property Investment Limited. His extensive experience has developed his expertise in strategic planning, risk management, regulatory compliance, capital market operations, fiduciary responsibilities, and corporate governance.

An Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and an Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Exchange Group, he holds an MBA in Information & Technology Management and a B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

Ilori Olalekan is an entrepreneur and agricultural business leader with over a decade of experience spanning the African agricultural value chain. As the MD/CEO of U-Farm Africa, he leads the organisation’s efforts to develop sustainable, market-driven solutions that strengthen agricultural productivity and food systems across Africa.

His professional journey cuts across operations, commodities, procurement, logistics, supply chain management, and agricultural value-chain development, with experience at Airtel Nigeria, AFEX, New Hope Agricultural Technology, and ACDI/VOCA on a World Bank project.

Driven by an entrepreneurial outlook, Olalekan has founded and scaled three companies while building teams focused on practical solutions to agricultural challenges across Sub-Saharan Africa.

He holds an MBA from the Nigerian Defence Academy, a PGD in Procurement & Supply Chain Management from Kaduna State University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.

As he takes on his role as a member of the U-Farm Africa Board, the U-Farm Africa team warmly welcomes him and looks forward to the continued value of his leadership, industry experience, and strategic perspective in shaping the organisation’s growth and advancing its vision for African agriculture.

Maryam Yakubu Yanah is an entrepreneur, certified Business Development Service Provider, agro-processor, mentor, and business development professional with experience spanning food processing, nutrition, MSME development, and cross-border trade.

She is the Founder and CEO of Mainstream Lime-Light Ltd, producers of Ma’Zaine Foods in Birnin Kebbi, Kebbi State, where she leads the production and packaging of nutritious, preservative-free, ready-to-cook food products. Under her leadership, Ma’Zaine Foods has grown into one of Nigeria’s largest Tom Brown cereal processing companies, with a strong focus on local value addition and food safety.

Maryam also oversees Cross-Border Trade and Business Development Services for the Kebbi Investment Promotion Agency (KIPA), serves as Chairperson of NASME Kebbi State, and is the State Coordinator of the Scaling Up Nutrition (SUN) Business Network.

A recipient of the SensXAfrica Impact Award and a two-time nominee of the National MSME Awards, she brings valuable experience in entrepreneurship, agro-processing, business development, and private-sector engagement.

nusa Bello brings over 25 years of leadership and commercial experience across FMCG, telecommunications, fintech, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare. His career has included senior management and P&L roles with organisations such as GlaxoSmithKline, MTN Nigeria, Bharti Airtel, ntel, and Globacom, giving him broad exposure to sales, marketing, channel management, and business growth.

He currently serves as Managing Director of Bizcom Solutions Partners Limited, where he applies his expertise in business strategy, change management, commercial execution, and market development. He holds a B. Pharm and MBA from Ahmadu Bello University, alongside a Certificate in Business Excellence from Columbia Business School, USA. He is also a Fellow of the Nigeria Institute of Management and a member of the Institute of Directors of Nigeria.
